Electronic Signature & Disclosure Consent

1. Your consent to electronic records

By creating an account and using BillSlash Nexus, you consent to receive all notices, disclosures, contracts, terms, invoices, payment confirmations, and other records ("Communications") from us in electronic form. This includes:• Terms of Service updates and amendments.• Privacy Policy and DPA notices.• Subscription invoices, receipts, and payment-failure alerts.• Security alerts, breach notifications, and audit summaries.• Integration and webhook status communications.

2. How we deliver electronic records

We deliver Communications through:In-app notifications — displayed in the Nexus notification center and dashboard.Email — sent to the email address associated with your account.SMS (optional) — where you have provided a phone number and opted in.API / webhook — where your workspace has configured outbound webhooks.Public posting — on our status page or legal pages for broad policy changes.

3. System requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need:• A device with internet access and a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).• An email account capable of receiving HTML and plain-text messages.• Sufficient storage or the ability to download PDFs for records you wish to keep offline.

4. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing support@billslash.app. If you withdraw consent, we may suspend or terminate your account, as electronic delivery is integral to the automated orchestration and real-time nature of the Service. We will not penalize you for withdrawing consent, but you may lose access to features requiring electronic notices.

5. Updating your contact information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address current. Update it in Settings → Profile. We are not responsible for Communications you miss because of an outdated email address.

6. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication at no charge by emailing support@billslash.app within 180 days of the electronic version. We will mail it to the address you provide within 10 business days.

7. Electronic signatures

Documents signed through Nexus (e.g., lien waivers, change orders, submittal approvals) use electronic signatures that comply with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By applying your electronic signature, you agree it is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

8. Retention of records

We retain electronic Communications and signed documents per our Data Retention & Deletion Policy. You are encouraged to download and archive records important to your business.
