By using NexusForge you agree to these Terms. NexusForge provides software for orchestrating construction operations including billing, CRM, project, and AI agent automation. You retain ownership of your data. We provide the service "as is" with a 99.9% uptime SLA on paid tiers.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — refunds prorated per CCPA. Acceptable use prohibits illegal activity, abuse of AI agents, or attempts to reverse-engineer the platform. Full DPA available at /privacy.
Governing law: California. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (JAMS, San Francisco), excluding small-claims and IP injunctions.
