30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with BillSlash, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund. Email support@billslash.app from the address on your account with your order reference. We process refund requests within 2 business days.

What happens next. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe), typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your plan page or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
