Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
NexusForge Technologies, Inc. ("NexusForge") is a Delaware C-corp headquartered in California. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), billing/financial data via Plaid and QuickBooks integrations (read-only by default), project and CRM data you upload, and product telemetry strictly necessary to operate the service.
3. How we use it
To operate NexusForge, run AI agents on your behalf, generate forecasts, secure your account, and comply with law. We never sell personal data. We never train shared models on your private project data without explicit opt-in.
4. Plaid + QuickBooks
Financial connections use OAuth tokens stored encrypted at rest (AES-256). We request the minimum scopes required. You can revoke access at any time from your settings or the provider directly.
5. AI processing
Generative AI calls run through enterprise-tier providers with zero-retention policies. Prompts and outputs containing customer data are not used to train provider models.
6. Your rights
You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. EU residents have the right to portability, restriction, and objection. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sharing.
7. Security
SOC 2 Type II, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, audit logs of all data access, role-based access control, and continuous vulnerability scanning.
